Due to the development of broadband access services within the "Domolink" project and requirements for online billing and service management based on Cisco and Huawei equipment, we have conducted a research of the high-level billing system market in late 2005 - early 2006. Based on the research, we have selected the billing and customer care (B&CC) system Bill-Master produced by Inline Technologies (Moscow).

Within the signed contract, Inline Technologies have supplied hardware and software billing complex based on Sun Microsystems equipment, and deployed the billing and customer (B&CC) system Bill-Master for ADSL services based on VPN and SSG. The delivery of hardware and deployment of software were all carried out timely and in full scale.

Since November 2006, B&CC Bill-Master is in commercial use, and to date it successfully operates with its primary functions.

In future, we hope for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation with Inline Technologies in the enhancement of this project in our branch keeping in mind planned services of TVoverIP services.
