B&CC Bill-Master provides the complete range of functionality required to a contemporary telecom service provider. The system allows performing the following operations:

• Accounting for customers; centralized account management.
• Registration and control of payments.
• Keeping reference records (information) on services, billing rates, customer categories.
• Billing process and accounting for data transmission services, telematics services, and telephony services rendered.
• Generation of invoices and reference information about services rendered.
• Accounting for payments, reference services, statistical and analytical reports on services rendered, customer categories, and other parameters.
• Collection, processing and storage in a database of primary information on services rendered.
• System administration; automated management of the software and network equipment as for activation and blocking/unblocking of services.

The system operates in real time, and does not have too high hardware requirements. One of the main advantages of the system is its flexibility and adaptability to new products, services and types of traffic.

Additionally, B&CC Bill-Master is complemented with a set of optional functions used to extend the primary system functionality. These optional functions include setting different subdivisions/branches (independent billing subsystems) and extending the billing algorithms based on counter options.

This approach makes possible to deploy individual configuration on a telecom operator center. The customer has installed and operated the system which is perfectly compatible with the requirements, and which allows extending functionality and adding new features of the deployed solution without interruption of the system operation. This provides more flexible and efficient allocation of finance resources.
