Card dealer module

This module is used to manage the packs of prepaid cards delivered to dealers for sale and distribution, including accounting for cards issued, settlements of accounts for sold cards, and charge of the dealer's fee.

The module allows documenting the delivery of cards toadealer, return of unsold cards, and their transfer between dealers. Moreover, this module make it easy to generate various reports on transfer and disposal of prepaid cards.
