B&CC Bill-Master is a software add-on over telecom provider's network infrastructure that creates a virtual model of the environment when the system operates. Thus, B&CC Bill-Master allows hierarchically represent the existing network equipment and other participants in telecom provider operations.

Modular structure of Bill-Master allows deploying the system with such set of modules, which most closely meet the requirements of providers with regard to telecommunication services, generation of reports, and other billing and accounting functions.

B&CC Bill-Master is a complex software product with multi-tier modular architecture based on DBMS, application server, program modules, and agents. The architecture of Bill-Master provides for the following functionality:

• Extension of the basic system functions.
• Operation under different software and hardware platforms.
• Adaptation to the business processes of a telecom service provider.
• Adaptation to different telecom equipment and communication protocols.
• Integration to enterprise information systems (EIS).

The system modules are consolidated in a unified information repository based on a certified DBMS, and in a unified graphic user interface (GUI) based on the web technologies. The set of modules in each installation project is determined by the range of services rendered by specific telecom provider, by the equipment on a telecommunication network and telematics service center, and by the specific business processes of the customer.
