After the system commissioning, customers can address to the technical support service in one of the following modes: "8 working hours, 7 days per week" (8x7) and "24 working hours, 7 days per week" (24x7). The support includes:

  • system adjustment and re-development according to additional customer requirements.

Modeling, testing, and deployment

The solution under development is subject to extensive modelling and testing in the laboratory environment. This process involves participation of experienced team of engineers and developers that guarantees proper operation of the system and reduces the time required for system deployment at the customer's facilities.

Additionally, the deployment services include obligatory training of a personnel to operate B&CC Bill-Master (for two customer representatives).
