A new cutting edge B&CC system for telecom providers

Due to noticeably enhanced internal billing mechanisms, telecom service providers are now enabled to dramatically increase performance of their B&CC solution, push up the volume and range of services and be more flexible and adaptive to market changes. 

New functionalities of telecom resources management and absolutely new level of quality, fault tolerance and system performance distinguish Bill-Master v.5.1 from its predecessors.

One of the important enhancements implemented in Bill-Master v.5.1 is the updated and contemporary interface design. New user-friendly interface encourages administrators and users of the system to work in convenient environment.

Upgrade to this new version is based on overall experience of B&CC Bill-Master projects implementation and deployments in large- and mid-sized telecom companies such as Center Telecom, UralSvyazinform, Southern Telecommunication Company, Multi Regional Transit Telecom, Bashinformsvyaz, etc.

Recently the projects of roaming services in wireless networks expanded vastly on the Russian telecom market. The concept of WLAN ROAMING GATEWAY is implemented to provide interoperation of Wi-Fi providers rendering and charging roaming services.

Uninterrupted operation of the billing system is vital for operators and takes a centric stage in obtaining revenues and reaching subscribers retention. B&CC Bill-Master v. 5.1 reaches new level of fault tolerance due to enhanced option of ‘hot' backup based on HeartBeat and Data Guard approaches.

In this version of Bill-Master, the new Inventory System is introduced making possible to integrate technological billing operations and network resource conditions.

Due to Bill-Master's ability to interact with the online payment systems at the API level of such systems, Bill-Master can be integrated with numerous online payment systems. So far B&CC Bill-Master v.5.1 was successfully integrated with the following online payment platforms: ASSIST, Yandex.Dengi, e-port, Cyberplat, OSMP, ELEXNET, Moneymail, Pegas, and Mobile Wallet.

The other essential enhancements in Bill-Master v. 5.1 are as follows:

- Global Reference System is upgraded to provide the unified repository of reference data; 
- new module/option of billing data upload to the Mass Print Center is added;
- dynamic shaping functionality for data transmission services over tunneling protocols is implemented.
