Inline Telecom Solutions has launched the new version of B&CC Bill-Master to enable telecom service providers to be more flexible and adaptive to market changes. New functionalities of telecom recourses management and absolutely new level of quality, fault tolerance and system performance distinguish Bill-Master version 4.3 from its predecessors.

Upgrading to the new version is based on the experience of B&CC Bill-Master projects implementation and its deployments in such telecom companies as Center Telecom, UralSvyazinform, Southern Telecommunication Company, Multi Regional Transit Telecom, Bashinformsvyaz, and etc.

One of the important enhancements implemented in Bill-Master version 4.3 is the updated and contemporary interface design. The new, user-friendly interface encourages administrators and users of the system to work in convenient environment.

Recently the projects of roaming services in wireless networks are expanding agile on the Russian telecom market. The concept of WLAN ROAMING GATEWAY is implemented to provide interoperation of Wi-Fi providers rendering and charging the roaming services.

Uninterrupted operation of the billing system is vital for operators and takes a centric stage in obtaining revenues and reaching subscribers retention. B&CC Bill-Master version 4.3 reaches the new level of fault tolerance due to enhanced option of "hot" backup based on the HeartBeat and Data Guard approaches.
