Bill-Master deployment to start in Butovo.Com

Inline Telecom Solutions and Internet service provider Butovo.com to start the project of network upgrading for Butovo.Com to render Triple Play services. Software Solutions Division will deploy billing and customer care system "Bill-Master" within this project.

The need for system upgrade resulted from the poor capabilities of existing infrastructure in Butovo.Com, namely inability to cope with the growth of subscribers database. Inline Telecom Solution is planning to build flexible platform of services provisioning and deploy billing and customer care system "Bill-Master" within the project. Butovo.Com will benefit from this project to perform flexible tariff schemes; differentiate cost of traffic depending on direction, time etc.; identify subscriber by access port; assign services for user automatically; and use intellectual rules corresponding to settled subscriber's packet of services.
B&CC "Bill-Master" subject to deployment in Butovo.Com is a fully convergent modular system that supports the full range of telecom services.

Within the project the following modules of the billing system will be activated and tuned:
• Core module
• Dedicated line module
• ISG/SSG support module
• Telematics service module
• Network inventory module
• Financial software integration module (including options to provide integration with external online payment systems Cyberplat, e-Port, OSMP).

In addition, the Cisco 10008 equipment will be used within this project to provide undisturbed and seamless operation of the entire network infrastructure.
In spite of the vast scope of work it's planed to finish the project by the end of February 2008.
