Russian Association of Networks and Services (RANS)

Russian Association of Networks and Services (RANS) is a public and governmental organization established in accordance with the Government Order of Russian Federation No. 77-ð dated 19 January 2000 and registered by the Ministry of Justice on 5 November 2001 (Certificate of registration No.4094).

TeleManagement Forum

With approximately 600 members in 65 countries, the TM Forum is the world's leading trade association focused on management of telecom, media & information services. The TM Forum provides leadership, strategic guidance and practical solutions to improve the way that services are created, delivered, assured and charged. Members include service providers, network operators, software suppliers, equipment suppliers and systems integrators.

The TM Forum currently facilitates over 80 technical programs and provides extensive training, conferencing and information services to its members. Through its initiatives to help providers move to 21st century ‘lean' processes, the Forum helps its members automate business processes by deploying operational systems that will work seamlessly across various parts of the service delivery chain. The organization provides industry benchmarks, guidebooks, process and software frameworks and specific ‘plug and play' standards. These give service providers the direction and specific roadmaps to achieve much greater business efficiency and operational flexibility.

Association of 3G providers

Association of 3G providers - established by the largest Russian telecom providers to coordinate the activities in introduction and development of 3G networks and other prospective network solutions in Russia.
As the associated member of 3G Association, INLINE Technologies take active part in development and implementation of the evolvement concepts for existing and prospective telecommunication networks and provide all possible assistance to outline the market of new generation telecom services.


Agile Community Russia

Agile Community Russia is an independent non-profit community joining IT professionals involved or interested in flexible software development methodologies.

• Iterative process. Software development is performed with short iterations (up to one month long). Short iterations provide better feedback with a customer. The customer can flexibly affect the development process generating the scope for next iteration based on the results of current iteration.
• Incremental approach. In Agile, the system evolves: each iteration implements the features which are the most demanded by the customer in the view of increasing ROI. The customer prioritizes every feature, and at the end of iteration the system is incremented and presented to the customer.
• Self-managed team. The practice proves that the constantly changing environment better supports self-managed and self-organizing teams. Agile offers the set of practical techniques, which allow creating a self-managed team.
• Adaptive process. In Agile, there is no predetermined process describing project techniques and guiding the team to reach the goals. Instead, the team itself must determine the process which helps them to achieve required results.
