Certification procedure of the B&CC Bill-Master is setting off

The new version of B&CC Bill-Master, which is now under certification procedure, is coming soon. The fifth version of Bill-Master is dramatically distinguished from its predecessors. The system is developed in full compliance with the new certification rules for billing and customer care systems. The rules were adopted by Ministry of information technologies and communications of the Russian Federation on 2nd July 2007. These rules were elaborated to provide better integrity, higher stability and improved security of communications networks of Russian Federation (Source: http://english.minsvyaz.ru/enter.shtml). Now, billing and customer care systems have to meet this new level of quality and demonstrate much higher performance.

Convergent billing system "Bill-Master" v. 5.0 developed in accordance with these new rules provides telecom service companies with the new level of quality, scalability and fault tolerance.
